These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of struwerealtygroup.com (the "Site") and to text messages sent by Western Minerals, LLC dba The Struwe Realty Group (Bob Struwe and Gina Struwe), a real estate team with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties is a member of the franchise system of BHH Affiliates, LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
SMS Terms

When you check the optional text message consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Western Minerals, LLC dba The Struwe Realty Group (Bob Struwe and Gina Struwe) about real estate services you have requested: replies to your inquiries, appointment and showing information, and updates about your property search or transaction. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Listing information on this Site is provided through IDX (Internet Data Exchange) by UtahRealEstate.com (Wasatch Front Regional MLS) and the Park City Board of REALTORS®. It is for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify properties consumers may be interested in buying. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Listings may be held by other brokerages and may be subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal without notice. Square footage, acreage, school, and other details are approximate.
